Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:

 

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear, are non-returnable.

• Sale/clearance items are non-returnable.

 

Returns Process

​

1. Email us at sales@fittedphysique.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

 

Exchanges

​

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If your requested size/style is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

 

Refunds

​

• Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

​

• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Sale Items

​

• Final sale/clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
