Processing times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your parcel ships.

 

Shipping options & rates

• Standard delivery (SA only): Rates calculated at checkout based on your address and basket weight.

• Express delivery (where available): Shown at checkout.

• Delivery to outlying/remote areas may take an extra 1–3 business days.

 

Free shipping

​

• We offer free standard shipping on orders over R1500  (after discounts, before shipping).

• Free shipping applies to a single delivery address within South Africa.

 

Delivery timeframes

​

• Major centres: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

• Regional/outlying areas: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
  (Delays can occur during sales, peak seasons, or due to courier issues beyond our control.)

 

Order changes & address issues

• If you need to update your address, contact us immediately—we can’t reroute parcels once collected by the courier.

• Undeliverable/returned parcels may incur re-delivery fees.

 

Damaged or missing items

​

• Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours if anything is missing or damaged. We’ll assist with a resolution.
