• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, instant EFT, and other secure payment gateways provided at checkout.

• Your order is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
   

4. Shipping & Delivery
 

• We deliver throughout South Africa.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier delays, or stock availability.

• Free shipping applies on orders over R1000 (South Africa only).

• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to your provided address.
   

5. Returns & Exchanges
 

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

• Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.
